Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Fringe Hair Studio LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”), a Florida limited liability company located at 35020 US HWY 19N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website hairstudiofringe.com (the “Site”), including any content, functionality, services, contact/booking forms, online scheduling, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

  1. User Submissions and Contact/Booking Form The Site includes contact/booking forms for inquiries, appointment requests, consultations, etc. By submitting information (e.g., name, phone, email, service preferences, hair details/photos):

    • You represent that the information is accurate and yours to provide

    • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it to respond, schedule appointments, provide consultations, or deliver services

    • Submissions are voluntary; we are not responsible for user-provided content
       

  2. SMS/Text Messaging Program If you opt in to receive SMS messages via our contact/booking form (e.g., for appointment reminders, confirmations, promotions, hair tips):

    • Program Description: We may send automated/recurring SMS/MMS messages related to salon services, including bookings, reminders, updates, promotions, tips, news, and offers. Frequency varies (e.g., 1-8 per month).

    • Opt-In and Consent: Consent occurs by submitting the form and checking any consent box. You agree to receive messages at the provided number, confirm you are 18+, and that consent is not required to purchase goods/services.

    • Rates: Message and data rates may apply per your carrier. We do not charge for messages.

    • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

    • Carriers: Supported by major U.S. carriers; delivery not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
       

  3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Hair services involve individual results varying by hair type, condition, and other factors; always consult with our stylists for personalized needs. We do not guarantee specific results, styles, or outcomes from using the Site or contacting us.
 


Indemnification

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Florida law (without regard to conflict of laws principles). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida (nearest to Palm Harbor). You waive any objection to venue or inconvenience of forum.
