Hi, I’m Kaia!

I’m originally from Alaska and made the big move to sunny Florida in August 2025 with my boyfriend for his job—and we absolutely love it here.

 

My journey with hair started early. When I was just seven, my family was commercial fishing, and I began cutting the fishermen’s hair on the boat. One of them handed me a $20 bill after a quick buzz cut, and I remember thinking, “I could do this for a living.”

 

After cosmetology school in Idaho, I completely fell in love with the salon environment and the joy of helping people feel beautiful. Ten years later, I still can’t imagine doing anything else.

 

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll probably find me FaceTiming my mom, hiking with my dog, surfing at the beach, dancing at a music festival, or visiting my sisters and nephews.

 

For me, hair is about so much more than just great color or a perfect cut—it’s about the people, the conversations, and the connections that last through every stage of life.

 

I love all things hair, but I specialize in balayage, extensions, and dimensional brunette and blonde transformations.
